I am looking for a building for a music venue, could even be a home, it would be nice if it had a carpet floor for sound insolation, i have all the equipment to make a very nice P.A. It needs to be somewhere near the livingston area, i would love for it to be in a publicly exposed area. I am planning on charging money for entry, not for the first show, and i am willing to split the profit with the owner of the building, every show that is charged an entry fee.
